Kris Brown is TERRIBLE. Purchased a condo that she listed in multiple listing as new and later found out a large family and their dog lived in it for 8 months. During a meeting with her Broker agent and the contractor she claimed it was still new even though someone lived in it. She also claimed she did not have to provide a disclosure statement because it was only rented prior to being sold thus it was new. She even argued the fact with her own broker. What a joke. When asked about damage during the initial walk through we were told it was a show home and that the problems would be addressed under the warranty. After the sale the contractor (Brown Wegher) voided the warranty because the property was not new when we purchased it. Now in a legal battle with Kris Brown, her realtor insurance company and Brown Wegher. BUYER BEWARE. These people are crooks.
