The Second Home Management Company The Second Home Management Company is the only vacation home management and second home service owned and operated by a North Carolina licensed Home Inspector. And as such, you can feel confident that when we visit your home, we are viewing it with trained and experienced eyes. Owner Grant Morrill has been taking care of other people’s homes since the end of the last century, through his home repair and remodeling company in Pebble Beach & Carmel Ca., A Man Around the House. What began as a favor for a customer, who had departed for their Palm Springs home leaving the house open, has grown into The Second Home Management Company, Inc. We pride ourselves on our commitment to you and your home. We have striven to rise above the level of a typical Home Watch or house sitting concern. Our customers require an elevated level of attention and diligence. Whether we are there on an inspection visit, admitting a tradesperson, or preparing for you or your guests to arrive, as house managers we are constantly anticipating events that could jeopardize the integrity of your house. Our goal is to prevent problems and to keep your home in excellent condition while you’re away. We do this by giving your home the caring attention that we give to our own home. That’s why we say, “Relax...we’ll take care of it.” We offer years of household management and building management experience, as well as dependability. Please give us a call so we can get to know you and design a management plan that best suits your needs. We look forward to meeting you! We were the first second home management company in Western North Carolina, and we’re still the best. Relax… we’ll take care of it!
