Vassilios Billy Konstantinidis and Nikos Konstantinidis under the company Constantine Brothers Construction, in my opinion did defective shoddy work concealing it putting my family's safety at risk. They cut into multiple main support beams supporting my home, causing multiple structural deficiencies in multiple areas. There are holes all over my home, no electricity or lights in part, our entire lower level including kitchen has been unusable for a couple months. Walls and things they built are not level or straight. I think that they took shortcuts wherever they could including using cheap materials such as flex hose for a range hood vent. They were dishonest, took nearly half the money up front, started off what appeared to be strong and then wouldn't show up for days or for weeks would come for a short time leaving the house a complete mess and run off to do another job or errand after hammering in a few nails. Billy constantly had excuses, constantly said he was picking up materials, had us move furniture regularly so he could do work and would not show up. Then he appeared after two weeks of slow progress, demanded more money, and flipped out when I said only when some significant progress is made. He lied about cutting into support beams, did not follow the engineer's plans, and concealed, putting my house & family, including newborn potentially at risk. The police had to come and trespass him and issue him a warning for threats that he was making, including physically pushing into me. These guys have ruined our Thanksgiving, likely Christmas, and now we likely will have to shell out tens of thousands of dollars to rip out things they did / make repairs. They even apparently stole some of our tools and materials. We have been without a fully functional house for almost two months and are guessing there are more sad months ahead.
