Had the truck in for up pipes then Jay called and said I needed $3000 worth of front end work. I said go ahead. Get the truck back and noticed he greased a bad u joint in the front end and the steering was worse than when I brought it in. I finally got a hold of Jay and he argued with me that they would not grease a bad joint. After the argument he gave in and took care of it. The tech that was in there replaced the u joint and knew exactly why the truck was floating. He said the tech tightened the tie rods too much. He also asked if they replaced the inner seal. I said they did so much I can't remember and told him if it's not on the work order to do it. I pick the truck up and he replaced the inner seal at the tune of $550 and like an idiot I trusted him and paid it. I thought about it and found the original work order and they said they replaced the seal the first time. So, now I paid to have the inner seals replaced twice in 2 months. I should have not been so trusting in the shop. It is now two months later and I have left countless messages with Jay the owner and he will not return my calls. Since then I have talked to multiple people in the area that have had terrible experiences there. I also know a mechanic that used to work there and advised me never to bring the truck back there again.
