Complete jerks! I am disabled and have very little income and they wouldn't even let me finish my sentence when I was trying to see if they accept payment plans or if they could help at all. I will be contacting tge state of UT and letting them know how I've been treated and that they need to contract with another tow service. Anyone else on here, or future mistreated individuals, if you also contact the state dept. The more complaints, the more likely they will renew their contract with a different tow agency.

Complete jerks! I am disabled and have very little income and they wouldn't even let me finish my sentence when I was trying to see if they accept payment plans or if they could help at all. Wish I could give 0 stars. Trashy people taking their spouse to work with them and then they leave a light on in my car that I have proof of me asking them to turn off, resulting in a completely dead battery that won't charge or jump. I expect it to be paid for or my lawyer will be contacting them there's no excuse for that. Lazy business

These guys take advantage of anybody they can! Their fees are absolutely ridiculous even for an tow and impound that was unjust. (Charges dismissed) Dylan Baur charged me over $700 for an impound where they towed my vehicle less than a mile and had it in their impound yard for less than 24 hours. These guys are vultures and they're not even interested in helping the public when they're broken down. They only feast on vulnerable people that happen to get caught in the system just or unjust. Beware and avoid!
