ABSOLUTE BEST! Mike and his team are incredible! We had a water leak in our bathroom that unfortunately leaked into our master closet. Once we noticed it, there was mold growing up the wall, and the water was pushing up under the laminate flooring. I am so thankful that Mike came out immediately to assess the damage and set up a plan to remove the drywall and flooring and start clearing the mold and drying out the closet. His crew was so friendly, respectful and knowledgeable! I had several questions about what they were doing and how it all worked and they answered them all. When they left the first day, I was surprised at how clean the area was. They made sure to take all of the trash and left nothing behind except the equipment needed to dry out the water and purify the air. Each subsequent visit was just as great and the guys were in and out; just coming in to check the progress and making sure everything was running good. Now that the process is complete, we can use our closet again with no fear of the mold coming back. When we discovered that our hot water line glue failed and was spraying water directly onto our subfloor causing a huge mess along with tons of black mold I was in panic mode. We called our home owners insurance company to file a claim and we were told to first call a plumber to fix the seal, then we were told to go ahead and call a water mitigation company. I was at a loss on who to call so I started calling around to the large chain mitigation companies and they did not think it was a serious enough problem to come out on a Saturday so I kept searching and calling around until I found a company who took our issue seriously. That’s when I found Kingsley LLC and I’m so glad that I did. Mike was at our house an hour after we called. He got started on things right away while making sure our family was safe. Mike was awesome at explaining everything that he was doing to treat the water damage and mold in a way that I was able to understand and answered all of my many questions. The water damage was pretty extensive and sub flooring ended up having to be torn out. Mike dealt with the insurance adjuster to get everything approved, making the process a seamless one. The whole under side of our house looks brand new. Mike handled everything from replacing the damaged insulation and moisture barrier to the scrubbing of the mold. Mike and his team fixed our home to better than new condition. I will be recommending him to any and everyone that needs any water, mold, and prevention work

We hired this company for water restoration. Communication was great and the cost was right in line with the other quotes we received. After they were finished, our insurance company asked for addition information. Mike sent the information they asked for the same day. My husband and I are very happy we hired them!
