I wish I would use ZERO stars. Ordered two robots on December 7th and today is January 22nd and I still don't have them. I paid extra shipping for the second robot as well. Company told me to be patient. The tracking number said it was in New York on December 18th. They also told me many others are complaining but it is not their fault. I was scammed out of my money for products and extra shipping. I filed a claim with Paypal to try and recover my money. This company needs to pay up.

I live in Sydney Australia. My Grandkids live in Western Australia. I bought my two Grandkids a talking robot each from Bear Media & Marketing LLC online from an ad, on the 8th December. I had the items shipped to my son's address in Western Australia, and upgraded the postage to make sure they arrived by Christmas. During this transaction, a spinning wheel came up and said this is my lucky day, spin the wheel. I spun the wheel and it said I had won a Talking Hamster, for just the cost of shipping. I added this to my order. It appeared as two separate transactions on my PayPal Account and I was charged $27.46 AUD for the Talking Hamster, not the $4.50 USD as stated.
But worse than this, I received no further communication, no receipt, no tracking number, and no present for my Grandchildren. There is only a phone No on the PayPal Transaction Summary, and no email or contact address. I have written to Bear Media, a one man operation, a couple of weeks ago, but have received no reply.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. I BELIEVE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED!!!

I had the items shipped to my son's address in Western Australia, and upgraded the postage to make sure they arrived by Christmas.
