This has been a terrible experience. Me and my mother have been living at the same property for about 10 years and ever since this lady (I think her name is Victoria) became manager it has been difficult for our needs to be met as a tenant. It took forever to get some help with a rodent problem that we had we had to costantly call her because, of course, she doesn't answer emails. We need our shower fixed and someone came and looked at it and we even went through inspection and it's STILL in the same condition. According to her these things are "not that serious/not an emergency" even though we're paying the rent and to make matters worse she has one of the nastiest most condescending attitudes even when we express our needs RESPECTFULLY. Terrible.

Worst customer service i have ever seen. I will be calling to get the women’s name but she was overly disrespectful and had an attitude the whole time with me. The management left a whole in our wall and we’ve called multiple times to fix our bathroom and they continue to ignore our needs. She stated that she is annoyed by us calling but we’re more annoyed that they aren’t taking initiative in their job to provide what they are servicing us. I can’t stress enough how upset i am by the lady who neglects our calls, they should make sure their workers want to work and are professionals during the job , and they have failed miserably. Worst management ever, if i could give it 0 stars i would.
