Paris of Heed Auto LLC, the owner (eBay seller saliyuwka), delivered on some of his promises. He rebuilds wrecked cars on a budget that includes skimping on mechanical, electrical, structural, and safety components. Paint work was shoddy at best.
Mechanical - wheel bearings and axle were damaged and needed to be replaced.
Electrical - computer settings (diagnostic error codes) were erased but popped up after about 10 miles of driving. Modules and sensors had to be replaced or installed.
Structural - plastic replaced some of the front frame that was cut out. Rusted frame segments were rusting and needed to be addressed before rusting further,
Safety - 4 lug nuts were missing, tire pressure sensors were missing, and TPMS module was damaged from wreck.
Paint - touch up paint was required for several places on the hood that were missed or damaged during repairs. Black spots in the paint existed from contamination during paint work.
I had planned to buy more vehicles from Paris and provided him an opportunity to make a single consideration for any one of these poor efforts. "As is" means you are stuck with unknown issues. Don't be fooled by his claim of warranties - they are non-existent.

Beware I had purchased several vehicles from Paris. I paid in full for a car for my wife he said he would make it perfect gave me price. A few months later the car was still not finished I ended up driving several hours just to get a part for the car and shipped it to him. He said he would pay me back for the part like 600 dollars he never sent it to me. He finally finished the car I had it shipped to Florida and it was far from perfect so many things still missing and not repaired. He use to do pretty good work and I thought he was a honest person but I found out what kind of person he truly is. Don't waste your time and money .
