The project was a porch revamp, consisting of repointing, putting new limestone treads, removing handrails to paint and resand pathway and porch. Moni came with his uncle. It was a 2 day job. The pointing work was satisfactory, but everything else was poor. The painting of hand rails was atrocious. Drips everywhere. I have since sanded and re done myself. The top limestone step tread was damaged in several places while boring holes for handrails and despite sending them photos, this has not been addressed. Moni also did a bad job of sanding the joints and the clean up of brickwork & pavers was non existent. I would never recommend to anyone. Complete lack of attention to details and finish! Don't be fooled by the nice talk Moni gives. It's just talk!
