I don't really write bad reviews about people but I think everyone needs to know what could happen! I got an infection at this place. If I can upload my photos here,!you can see where all the redness is, has no flesh! I've been on antibiotics but it's so bad! It's been so painful. Also, while I was there the artist that did my work (Darlene Hess) reeked of cigarettes so badly. I don't even care about stuff like that but it was taking my breath away. I didn't want to be rude at the time and say anything but now that I have an infection, (and not one sorry has been said yet) I think it would be ok to mention at this point. Ive been in so much pain. Also, the owner took no responsibility. She showed not the slightest concern that someone got an infection while in her spa. Up to $300 in medical expenses so far and Im still in so much pain. Good luck to everyone with their permanent make up dreams and I hope this helps someone not go through the same thing I did. It's been very disappointing
