Literally the worst company I have ever worked with, body shop or other. I brought my truck to Jason the first week of April 2019 to have my hood re-cleared and the front and rear bumper repainted and rust removed. I was told it would take 3 days, it took 8 days. When I picked up the truck, the issues I brought the truck in for were fixed. However, the rear backup sensors were no longer working at all and had a warning on the dash for them. Also, the windshield washer sprayer on the passenger side wasn't working and my passenger mirror was totally broken. My truck is an F250 Superduty and the mirrors are totally powered, including extending, folding in/out, memory and heated. They cost roughly $1300 new. When I brought these to their attention they started to quote me prices for these items. I explained that these items were working prior to me bringing it to them, they said that their was no way they broke while at their shop. I kept insisting that they needed to fix these items. After many, many call to them, Jason told me that he watched his security cameras and said that some individual walked by my truck in the middle of the night and smashed my mirror. He said they he would replace the mirror as well as fix the windshield washer sprayer and the back up sensors. It is now September I still have a broken mirror and no communication from Jason. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
