Beyond disappointed with this service from Tonya. First, she forgot to show up for the meet and greet with our dogs, then she cancelled the next meet and greet appointment, then she tried to postpone the third one. Come the time for service, Tonya didnt show up on my wedding day to take care of our animals, lied to me about it (she didnt realize we have cameras around our home), and at some visits she showed for we clocked her pulling in and out of our driveway in ten minutes! Even after we stayed very polite she overcharged us on the invoice she sent us and would not respond to any of my emails I sent her questioning the amount. She then called me up acting completely out of line six weeks later yelling at me asking why I didnt pay. After sending this woman a cashiers check for the correct amount of visits that didnt include her bs late fee or the visits she didnt show up for, she pretended to not recieve it and took me to small claims court! The judge saw right through this woman considering I had all the evidence to show, I won the case. Such an absolute nightmare. I should have ran when she missed the first meet and greet. Do not go through the aggravation of this woman.
