What a joke, first they use YF Logistics for delivery and that company needs to be put out of business they are so terrible and unprofessional. They scheduled the first delivery for March 6th between 7:30PM and 11:30PM yes you read that right PM as in almost midnight 5 hours after our business closes, which they had the hours for. Then schedule for March 11th 8-11am and they call at 3:54pm on the 10th (we close at 4pm which they knew) saying they would be there in 45 minutes. No I am sorry, you will not. They LAUGHED saying they will be there in 45 minutes and would just leave the item outside, no sir you WILL NOT just leave it outside. Then tried to intimidate me saying they leave thousands of dollars worth of items outside all the time and that they WILL be leaving it. Great good for those other companies but they are not me and I will not accept the delivery outside the scheduled time and will not accept it at unreasonable hours nor will I accept it to be left outside of my place of business. They laughed again and asked me to stay and wait for them, no sorry I will not because I was very specific on delivery times and have an appointment to get to. Laughing again ok ok we will be there tomorrow. What a joke of a company and employees.
