TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. STAY AWAY. WORST COMMUNICATION I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. MELISSA IS A COWARD AND HIDES WHEN THINGS GO WRONG. We booked them for a load coming from WY to TX to transport an inoperable unit. We scheduled the crane service at 3PM on Friday the 26th of February according to what Melissa stated. Then she notified us that the truck got into an accident and coudn't make it. Afterwards, she claimed that she could still get the load for Tuesday the 2nd of March early morning. THEN SHE GHOSTED MY DISPATCHERS CALLS. She would only pick up when I would call and afterwards saved my number and stopped answering. She then claimed that she couldn't get to the load until Wednesday the 3rd of March and SHE NEVER ANSWERED NEITHER CALLS NOR TEXTS NOR EMAILS. SHE JUST HID BEHIND THE PHONE. We understand that things can go wrong but the least we expect is COMMUNICATION. IF YOU CAN'T TAKE THE LOAD ANYMORE: SAY SO. This costed my company over $1000 since we had to pay the crane service that was already on the way to try to accomodate her TWICE.
