Please stay away from this business. They have zero professionalism &customer service. I was bullied &insulted just for asking for a receipt. My family shipped olive oil to me from Greece from my family’s olive trees. Received a call from them end of October that oil arrived in Tampa, their Office. I immediately called them to say that I was in Greece at the time but I would be back on Nov4 & wld pick it up. Few days after their initial call, I received another call from owner telling me that oil was at her “sister-in-law’s” nail shop in Fort Lauderdale. Side note: I have been receiving oil though their company for a few years. I always go to Tampa to pick it up. It’s most economical. This time, arbitrarily, the owner decided, without my OK to take it to FLaud and charge me $100.00 to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, they asked me for cash. I said I preferred to pay with my credit card & would like a receipt. The owner’s sister-in-law called her by phone and asked that I speak to owner. I cannot even attempt to describe the call...she chastised me for asking for a receipt and “making trouble”...her unprofessionalism, bullying, profanity and screaming go beyond description. When I asked if I could speak to someone regarding her behavior, she said ...”I am the owner...any complaints, tell it to the “president.” Her excuse for bringing oil to FLaud &charge me $100? She couldn’t reach me for months—a LIE (have records of calls via email & dates). Stay away.
