This man came out to my home to fix my AC unit and was very unprofessional! He told me that I need a man and that I should go on a date with him! This guy never fix the job he came out for in the first place! He is a Scam!! Be aware I do not recommend his services, I also called him back and he hang up the phone on me... some how he also was able to over charged me for a service he did not complete. He definitely deserves a no star.

If I could give no stars I would, Fredrick brown is completely unprofessional and I'm glad that he is still not responding to me because he'll never get another dime or recommendation from myself. I have been trying to get a warranty for an AC installed over 4 months ago and till this day can not receive it. He will not answer the phone or text. If you're looking for an actual professional stay away!

R&B installed a gas furnace and 2.5 ton air conditioning system 5 year age and the furnace stopped working . R&B (Fredrick) returned same day and replaced a bad motor that was under warranty and my cost was very little for labor. The service was great!! I will use them always..
