Mohammed from REA services came out to install my new GE dishwasher I ordered from Lowe’s. Upon inspecting the new dishwasher, he noticed the feet on the dishwasher had not been drilled correctly meaning if he were to install it as is, it would wobble each time it ran. While he told me he would install if it I wanted, he strongly recommended calling Lowe’s and either getting a replacement or a refund. On his recommendation I did just that and got a new one delivered a few days later and no extra charge. Amazingly Mohammed did not charge me for that first visit despite the near hour he spent here. He returned when we got our replacement dishwasher and installed it quickly and professionally. I have no doubt most companies would have installed the first dishwasher we received in order to prevent having to come back a second time but Mohammed’s desire to make sure I had a superior product has earned me as a customer for life. I will be recommending everyone I know to Mohammed and REA services going forward.
