Do not buy anything from this company's amazon store. They are completely unresponsive to message. I purchased a printer from them that died under warranty. They are not responsive and the manufacture won't help since it was a third party reseller. Avoid anything to do with Olive Branch Enterprises LLC or Annie and Jeff Carbone.

Despite excellent ratings on Amazon, this company was no where to be found when the dehumidifier we bought died after 12 months. This despite their site offering an 18 month warranty period which they are now completely ignoring.
Unfortunately you can't leave feedback on Amazon a few months which perhaps explains why more haven't complained.
