We can say we are happy and pleased with family electric and they stand by all the things in the ads. let me start by saying I called like 10 company and in my personal opinion some of the south Florida electricians need a class in how not to be rude. family electric was nice and rational in all the ways I needed things explained. they came through and on Sunday they finished all the jobs we asked them to take care of. I give a great big seal of approval to this co. They also wore masks and gloves and took great care to make us all feel at ease with the whole covid thing. super pleased and happy happy. five stars all day!!!!

Great customer service. Came out on a Sunday no extra charge. Really very impressed with the quality, price, and work ethic. Rare these days to find anyone not lazy. I gotta say they killed it. From the start I knew I called the right company. You just know when you get a vibe that they get it. I went with my gut. My wife has they coming back on Monday to put up some ceiling fans under our pool overhang I’m pumped to see once they are done. I’m very pleased we called Family Electric in Boca Raton Florida. We had a super dangerous circuit breaker panel box. Federal pacific or fpe for short was the type of circuit breakers we were unlucky enough to have. Evidently they were used throughout south Florida in the 1960’s , 1970’s and 1980’s. Well long story short we heard a loud bang and lost power to the whole house. We called 2 other electrical contractors ... both didn’t show up. I was very annoyed and called one more company before going to be with no power and a fridge filled with food. They ( family Electric in Boca Raton ) came out and worked through the evening till power was restored. I’m so blown away by the incredible customer service. Thanks to joe and the other guys. You have a customer for life. Although I hope I don’t need you anytime soon. At least I know I have a lifetime warranty. Thanks for all the hard work!
