Do not hire this business, there work is terrible! We purchased a home in Aug. in the Welches area thinking everything was good. Then in Jan. my husband goes to remove a toilet in the lower bathroom to only discover wet baseboards and drywall. After months of dealing with the previous sellers and realtor we find out that All-Ways on the Level did a siding repair just the previous Jan. If they did the work correct/by code and actually fixed the water issue then we would not have water leaking in a year later and have such extensive rot on the inside. Check out the photos for all the damage in the walls. Basically this company and the sellers just Band-Aid the problem and sold us a lemon. They didn't fix anything just repaired some siding which by the way doesn't even match up with all the other siding, look at the photo, and they used the cheapest material to do the repair. I would not recommend this company as they should have fixed the issue and properly prevented water from coming in at the bottom and top of the wall. Also they should have repaired the rotten boards when they opened up the wall to replace the siding. Do not trust this business or any repairs provided by them based on this story.
