If I could give negative star I would. Paid $7000 for a vehicle, 30 days ago. Kirkpatrick will not give me title, as he does not hold the title. Have been hung up on twice, when requested refund. Have filed complaint with BBB, Atty General and OK Used Motor Vehicle Tax Commission. Filed a claim against his Bond insurance. Now just waiting, as Mr. Kirkpatrick refuses to do the reputable thing and allow return and refund. He not only acted in BAD FAITH, he stole $7000 from me. I gave him $7000 for a vehicle that has no title. RUN, RUN, RUN. Don't allow his canned responses of "look at my A+ BBB rating" to sway you. BBB does not allow a review to be posted if you file a complaint with them. (Which, I did.) BBB does not consider customer reviews in their rating. Most complaints are related to his "lemon" vehicles and probably will not be posted on BBB, as that is on the consumer, sadly. Kirkpatrick Auto Sales is also not a BBB member. It is only through consumer reviews that others can see the dangers and bad business ethics of businesses. I am giving everyone fair warning. Shop elsewhere.
