I needed to replace the weather seal on the bottom of my garage door but due to the slope of my concrete floor I needed a larger T-seal than the standard size Lowes/Home Depot sells. I called up AM PM and spoke with the owner and asked if he sold to the public. Told him what I believe I needed, but not 100% sure and he personally came to my home and looked at the job. He reviewed his inventory and found that he didn't have any large enough to accommodate the slope of my drive. He stated he was on his way to Knoxville to pick up supplies and stated he would pick up some and he would text me when he was back in town, and I could pick it up. About 90 minutes later AM PM garage door company was in my driveway personally delivering the weather-strip. No service charge for either visit. They also got me the correct part the first try. What an outstanding company to do business with. Talk about great customer service. Just volunteered to make sure what was needed by dropping by, then picking up the correct part plus delivering it to my home. Based on this small act ( which was huge) of putting the customer first, I highly recommend AM PM garage door company. I know I will call them when I need support for my garage door.
