Terrible work. He built an extension of our home with two extra rooms. The work started in Summer 2019 and completed in September 2020. The new roof he built started leaking in May 2020, BEFORE he completed the work. He "FIXED" it. But it continued to leak whenever there was excessive rain. After Mickey got all his payment he did not do anything to fix the roof. The roof now leaks in several places. He told us he would send a roofer on January 3, but the roofer never came. Mickey did not respond to our call or text. We had our roof inspected by a second roofer. He said there is problem in the design, so it would always leak when there will be heavy rain. He gave an estimate of $10000 to fix the roof, which was built in 2020.

Hired Mickey to do a large retaining wall at our home.. we paid him $20k. He did not do it to the correct grade nor did he stucco it properly leaving it looking terrible!! Now we have serious water issues coming through after only 6 months showing that he did not do proper drainage behind it. He will not return our calls or emails so it looks like we will have to file a lawsuit against him! SCAM artist that I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
