A R fence company failed to complete the fence they were contracted to execute. I have had to disassemble the work they executed because of the substandard work completed. The t-posts were not in a straight line and nothing was done to make adjustment to the angles larger then 20 degrees. The majority of the wooden post are not dug to the specified depth. Not a single H-post or corner post is completed. Not a single gate is installed. Not a single inch of wire is strung. The company claimed they would be done in less then two weeks and walked off the job after a month. The company had to use my equipment, and even asked me to dig post holes for them. The owner, playedd on our compassion and milked an additional $2,500.00 from us so he could install electricity at the house he is building. he used a family members health issues as his excuse why the project was not being executed to standard or in the time that the owner said it would be. The owner threat to but a lean on our house and pretended to be talking to his lawyer and "the Judge" while refusing to leave our property until we called the sheriff.
