LeLux Beautique - 2726 Bissonette St. Houston, Tx. - AN HONEST CUSTOMER'S NIGHTMARE NOT LISTED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU....whom doesn't except everybody!!! WARNING: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THESE EMPLOYEES!!! None of what they state will be true. Any Groupon coupon or voucher you come into LeLux Beautique with will be attempted to be converted into another service of a much larger price along with the grand hopes that a person will sign up for a $4000 membership. NONE OF WHICH IS REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL ANYTHING!!! Let me say it again, no service, product, or good is refundable no matter what they may state to you. You WILL ONLY RECEIVE a store credit after the they've obtained your money. They (store managers whom are both estheticians) will attempt to collect monies in advance for any service you've not received, but have made plans to receive through a constructed plan. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! Please take heed to the tactics in the Red Flags Section as listed below: RED FLAG #1: Receptionist (red haired hispanic female) at Bissonette location has an extremely bad attitude which can be seen if observed well, yet for sake of obtaining your funds, she will gladly entertain whomever. BE CAREFUL, she's allowed to get away with her bad behavior as it flows from the top down. RED FLAG #2: They may attempt to tell you they will apply your voucher amount to any principal balance you have, but will later renig in stating "we don't receive full payment from Groupon. Please ask Groupon to cancel or refund your money." This is so you'll pay their facility the full price you originally paid for the voucher itself when its refunded from Groupon. They do not honor their statements made....many statements, if not most and nearly all of them. RED FLAG #3: They may inform you, as they did me, the dermatologist (Doctor) sends his clients, at a separate facility, to them to perform work...the people whom usually work under the care of this physician. RED FLAG #4: They are super pushy in their sales tactics. When you say no to one thing (a known contracted service), they will offer something else to you (a bundled service) they may tell you isn't contracted, but later disclose that it is a contracted service.....WHICH ALL SERVICES ARE IF PURCHASED TOGETHER WITH ANY DISCOUNT. RED FLAG #5: Should you ask for the owner's name (tax assessor's office and secretary of state website can give you this) and/or the financial managers' names, you will become the center of attention for attack in being called vulgar, offensive, and aggressive when simply being persistent in requesting this information as they don't want to give it. RED FLAG #6: They will attempt to keep your money should you cancel the services by discontinuing one's visits to the facility. Therefore services cannot be provided. You now have a balance without being able to receive services. RED FLAG #7: If you request your file's documents, they will wait for eternity to end prior to sending the material and will not do so without a $50 fee to "extract and prepare" the electronic material signed. The business practice of this entity is HIGHLY DECEPTIVE. You can decide to have services provided here, BUT I HIGHLY discourage receiving your services at the LeLux Beautique facilities as I've firsthand witnessed how they treat customers and are inappropriate in business ethics. Take your business elsewhere!!!
