I spent $3350 for a new electric gate, he gave me one year warranty. The past two years the gate can't close sometimes but I can open it. Finally one day it can't close totally. I called them, then they checked said the motor was dead , told me to replace it for $1300, this is ridiculous! I just spent more than 3 thousands for a new gate . They told me because the motor is from china , they only give one year warranty! Then I have to close my gate so I asked to gave me the manual mode one no more electric. They changed me $800! Never use this company again !
