Unprofessional from the get go. The first sales person (Savanah) got the entire order wrong the first time around. Next, I worked with the manager (Wil) to get my order sorted out, I paid the deposit, and he assured me the order would be sent into production right away. When I called 2 weeks later to check the status, I was informed that the order never started production at all. Finally, I worked with the owner (Sam) who also assured me he would take care of everything and deliver the door 2 weeks later. He did deliver the door as promised, but in the wrong color (Silver instead of White Powder). I've spent the last 4 weeks trying to work with them to solve the problem with no success. Every time I call it’s, Sam is out of the office, or Sam is here and will call you back--but never does. Now my client is stuck with an expensive door they hate. It’s clear that there is a lack of leadership and professionalism at CBW. For a high-priced custom door company, CBW exhibits no sense of pride in their product and customer service.
