WORST SHOP EVER! Dropped my ford escape off on May 21st for a transmission rebuild. Raul told me it would take less than a week. I got it back with the transmisson STILL slipping. Had to make arrangments to drop it back off to him within the week. Once dropped off i didn't get the car back till today 8/6/2021. Almost 2 and a half months without my car. According to raul it was going to be done every week until now. He was giving me the run around the whole time. Finally once he said the car was done and can be picked up, i took an uber to get it and the keys were no were to be found. So i called him and he is out of town on vacation. Now i gotta take a uber back to my house to come back the next day to find out he wont be in the shop for 3-4 days. Ridiculous. I contemplated getting the police involved but i was VERY patient with this shop. NEVER again. Dont recommend this shop to ANYONE. To top of it off the cars transmission is still acting up. It was not even fixed properly after 2 and a half months.
