There is Zero care, Zero management, the guy that is rarely there is usually smoking right outside the door. IF he is there. The MEN'S Restroom has been 'broken' as in no working TOILETS for MONTHS, normally NO HOT Water to shower or wash your hands, and get this NO TOILET PAPER!!! We have TOLD , directly to the face of the person when we see them, as my husband is a Daily gym goer, but he does NOTHING. Think about that. Not even a roll of toilet paper!! The bikes are BROKEN ALWAYS!!! They seriously don't care. My husband has put up with this for years, so no, it NEVER changes and YES we are TIRED of this!!! AVOID at all costs!!!
