I spent $879.98 back in December of 2020. I needed tech support for my business. The first time I needed help I couldn't get a hold of them. I tried for over a week. When I did finally talk to them they told me they took a week off over Christmas. I can understand that but I asked why didn't you notify me, so I was aware. They said they did email me, and it wasn't their fault if I didn't get the email. I started to get an uneasy feeling. Then I asked again about the paperwork, where it stated what I would get for my money - in the beginning he told me he couldn't email it, their rules were to mail it. I did not receive it. He then told me they emailed it 3 times, and again, it's not their fault I didn't receive it. After that I wanted a refund. He fought with me about it, trying to get me to change my mind. I refused. They finally said they would give me approx. $350 back. That was almost a month ago. I haven't heard from them since. I've called but they either don't answer or a member tells me Zehra Alex - name of the person I was dealing with, is not in and will give him the message. Do not call this company for service. Save yourself a terrible ordeal. I wish I never had. They'll take your money and then ignore you.
