Be careful when you buy something from this company. You will waste your time like me. Last July 5th was my first contact them to buy $700 listed item. They asked me to pay $831 and I sent it to their PayPal account. They didn’t give me any invoice or order confirmation at all. Two to three days later I gave an email and asked what’s going on? They said they didn’t have money yet so I gave PayPal receipt then they blamed me it’s wrong account. The truth was they gave me wrong account, even they knew it, they didn’t say any apologies. They gave me correct account information and I sent money again and wait for shipping a few days. They didn’t give me any shipping status information. I sent an email again, they asked me what I wanted to buy! I answered. They said they can’t find payment I sent PayPal receipt again. Finally they confirmed my payment and what I ordered. I asked them to inform me tracking number. They sent me just ‘FedEx Ground’, I asked them number then two days later, they gave me just some numbers but I couldn’t track it. Finally I found that those numbers are USPS tracking number instead of FedEx. Any way after three days when they Sent me the tracking number, I checked every day but It didn’t not processed, it was just in their facility. They didn’t dropped it USPS office for a week! I asked them to cancel my order and refund. They didn’t do any answer. I claimed refund to PayPal and PayPal refund me on Aug 20th. This is my story with this company. This company is totally Rude and unorganized. I found another complaint of this company in December 2019 and fully understand what a bad this company is. Don’t waste time like me. I waste my important time for 45 days!
