Stay far, far away from this company. They give Crystal River a bad name. They are so rude and disrespectful to their customers, especially Christopher. I had spoken with him prior to our arrival when making our reservation and he seemed very nice over the phone. I made a rese rvation for 9pp (including an 80yr handicapped person) I asked a lot of questions before booking and he told me everything I wanted to hear. Then when we arrived, he changed our reservation and denied everything he told me and basically lied and started yelling at my family. When my sister started to record him, he stopped and told us to leave. I have never been treated so rudely before and in front of our three children who just wanted to swim with manatees. They refused to credit us our money back but we will dispute it with our credit cards. We ended up finding a much better company to use. Please don’t trust anything Christopher tells you on the phone. I do NOT recommend this company at all especially if you are booking with a Groupon. You will end up paying MORE with all their added fees than if you pay full price at a reputable company. BEWARE!!
