Not a very good company,horrible property manager,Rebecca Edwards abuses the tenants at statler apartments,damages property,and they break laws landlord and tenant laws. Lots of illegal mexicans living there also that work down the street,tear up the building and have illegal fights in the rooms. Dr. Scott Foster of avita health care in Ontario owns the property. Def stay away. Horrible. And there both not very nice people nor professional. Report them to the agencies or authorities,be nice to see it cleaned up in a good town.
