I had moved with the One Way Van Lines in two occasions and I can simply say they were all good to move with. The only problem I had with them on this particular move was their time delay! But coming to professionalism and friendly behavior, I enjoyed their services.

My husband was employed recently in Los Angeles, CA, while my kids and I remained in Kentucky for a while. When our time to move to Los Angeles, was approaching, my husband did the whole arrangements and told me to get prepared in a few weeks, that the movers would come and move us. A week to the date of our move, the agent appointed to our move called and told us to get ready to be moved in a few days time. An early hour of that date, the team showed up with all their materials needed for the job. They instantly went into our apartment, disassembled all our pieces of furniture and disconnected our home appliances and boxed them all. They arranged everything and then loaded them in the truck in less than 3 hours and head for our destination. The crew was very obedient, calm and knowledgeable! They took proper care of our things and nothing was damaged. I really appreciated their fastness, hardworking and friendly style and we will highly refer to all our families and friends to them.

The two gentlemen strived very hard packing and then running 2.5 hours within Hawaii. They began emptying at my new salon in the evening and work during the storm. A dedicated crew with a lot of respects. I recommend them to everyone!!!

They have great working skills that can push your job in any direction you desire. Initially, the arrangement was changed because I had an emergency so there is a need to postpone the move for 3 days. The sales manager helped me and got everything moving again. They packed and off-loaded my goods at the right time. I recommend them to everyone.

One Way Van Lines took care of my relocation from Massachusetts to Virginia, in 2017. I just needed to relocate once more and decided on these guys again, just because the job ended up being done well. The crews were superb in their work and I don't have to face matters such as damage or hidden fees. I would use them all the time if necessary.

What a wonderful relocating experience! These men were on top of it all from the initial phone call I made to them. Miller seemed to be obvious with communication as well as the information on the first quote. 2 or 3 days from the arranged moving day, I had one or two issues came up and they helped to adjust and granted me to switch my moving date with no extra charge.

If I had to move or move anything again, definitely I will let these guys do it. They're very good to work with.

When you think of relocating from one place to another, you may not ever want to move again. Lived in San Francisco, CA for the past 15 years and want to be relocated to Kansas and I had the One Way team moved us. The process was pretty good, except I had little delayed at the Customer Service response. There's nothing bad I can talk about the crew, mostly Dima, (Driver) was patient and respectful. Recommended!!!
