Biggest mistake of my life was hiring this company to handle our move. This company took a full month to deliver our household goods/personal effects. They do not care about you. They do not care about your household goods. We spent a month eating from paper plates and plastic utensils. We were starting new jobs so we had to buy new clothes because they would not repair the broken landing gear on the trailer our goods were loaded on in Colorado. We had to spend $1487 on these types of things just so we could live our daily lives. Did Mesa Moving & Storage reimburse us anything for this? Of course not. They reimbursed us only what they were legally, contractually obligated to refund to us (they shorted us $422 even on this-"third party charges" they said, whatever that means). No, I would highly recommend another company. This company is only good at making excuses, no action. They do not care that they are delaying your entire life and other peoples' lives as well. Since they took a full month to deliver our goods, our house closing had to be delayed and the folks we were buying our house from had to delay their closing for the house they were buying in TX and those people in TX were probably delayed too. All because Mesa Moving & Storage is a company of lies and no results.
