Dr. Wilner provides telephone or in-person consultation with an attorney. Dr. Wilner will assist in determining mental health issues.

Dr. Wilner also provides in-court consultation. This includes assisting with development or providing advice to the attorney for the purposes of cross-examination of the opposing psychologist’s qualifications and testimony. She would solely work in the capacity of an advocate to the hiring attorney and would provide information related to weaknesses in the opposing expert’s methods and opinions.
