I started last week and I have fallen in love with working out again. They have a wide variety of times for you to come to a class before or after work. I work in San Francisco and take Bart which is very convenient that they are located right next to the Pleasant Hill Bart Station. The instructors do a very awesome job on making this gym feel like a family. Every time you walk in they greet you by your first name which in my experience is pretty hard to know people's name after meeting them for the first time. I really like the atmosphere they set for each class. I would 100% recommend to a friend which I am trying to do since they give you an incentive if you refer and have them join. I love ILKB and definitely see myself here for a very long time. Love this place.

After only doing 5 classes, I am seriously hooked and have found my new niche! My boyfriend and I both joined together to start something new and fun together and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The whole atmosphere, attitude, motivation and moral of this gym is so addicting and contagious…
