However, the other day, I got an email saying that my card was declined. I forgot to call to tell them I lost my debit card and I had to switch cards. Kings & Associates Management came up when I Googled Contractor Insurance in New York. I spoke with Jason, and he was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. I asked him a couple of technical questions about the coverage I needed for a specific job, and I was surprised he knew exactly what I needed. I was very pleased. I could not have asked for anything better. Sometimes you are reluctant to work with a company where you are not face to face with somebody, but I found that they were awesome. My expectation would be that if I ever had a problem or a claim, I would be able to expect the same level of confidence and professionalism.

The first person I spoke to was patient and he answered all of my questions. There was no pressure for me to join. He gave me advice on what to look for in case I did decide to look with other companies. However, I went with the options that they suggested and I like the flexible payment plans. At one point, I lost my debit card so I had to change it and I missed a payment. Instead of them holding it against me, they just sent me a friendly reminder that said I missed a payment. I just called and fixed it. They understand when it comes to their clients.
