every day I look forward to working out at ilovekickboxing because the instructors are so motivating and supportive. their energy and ambition is literally contagious.
I remember walking into my first orientation class not knowing what to expect, I was so nervous and anxious but as soon as I met the instructors, I instantly felt like there was no judgment. i’ve been a member a little over a year now and i’ve completed more than 100 classes, i lost 20 pounds in the first few months and gained so much more confidence compared to when i started. through the ILKB program, i also got the opportunity to meet other like-minded members who have become some of my closest friends.
all you have to do is show up for class and the instructors will help you get closer to your fitness goals every day.
