I had an issue with the ignition switch frozen, could not turn the key. We called our insurance company to send a tow truck. over 3 hours later I hear a large truck in front and they honked. No one came to to door, no one called me. They called my husband who had told them he would be at work and said to call me. The first thing they asked was, "Can the car be started?" They could not get the car in gear as the ignition switch was frozen, so the driver proceeded to look for the emergency gear switch and even after finding that could not put the car in gear. He dragged the car onto the truck bed, leaving nasty skid marks on my driveway. Then when we finally get to the garage, the person at the garage informed me I had even more problems. Apparently the driver damaged my car even more. He bent a control arm under my car when he put the car onto the truck bed. I would never use this company again and have told my insurance company to never send them out again.
