and I have a Timeshare in Cancun Mexico. A company called Travel Innovations (TI for short) contacted me first by telephone to sell my timeshare. (A complaint has been filed also against them). TI send a proposal and said Metropolitan Closing (MC for short) would contact us with the contract. TI requested we fill out a (now realized as Fake) a Mexican Foreign Investment Registration form. (I have since contacted the Mexican Government to confirm that the form or any payment is not required to sell our Timeshare). Frank Richards from TI did contact me by telephone after I requested a business Licence and personal email address ([email protected]) and he stated there was not payment by us required. The next day I received an email from MC requesting we pay $4300 UDS to a Mexican Bank account. I believe both of these companies (scammer websites) should be shut down and State authorities be notified as more people will be scammed if nothing is done.

Travel Innovations LLC, a truly outstanding company. Travel Innovations LLC is genuinely an exceptional company. Raymond, who was our contact person, was always there to answer our questions. The whole process couldn't have have been easier or trouble-free. In fact, there was not one single problem during the entire process that required my attention or inquiry. Everything was handled for me in a very professional manner. What I liked the most was that Raymond never stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. They got a five starts review of their services and document management. On the other hand, what I dislike the most was the time of waiting for my money to get paid. It took almost four months to get it done.
