Avoid these clowns at all cost. I hired them at the referral of my local tile store, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Elio the owner was incredibly pushy and swore to me he was insured but insisted due to time constraints he do the job that morning. They not only did a shoddy job repairing my bathroom tile - but they drilled a hole into one of the pipes behind the tile which in turn caused a huge leak from my third floor co-op and damaged the two units underneath mine which I had to pay for repairs to fix on top of pay a plumber to fix the problem and than find another guy to redo the job. A $600 simple job he quoted and charged me ended up costing me an additional $3,500 to fix the mistakes. He knew he had done something wrong based on how quick he was to get paid in cash and run out the door quickly afterwards. When I called him after the leak was discovered there was no answer and after sending text and voice messages you knew he had blocked my number. Buyer beware at all cost - avoid this chop shop because even if the rates sound good your much cheaper in the long run paying a few hundred dollars more for a quality contractor that won't leave you sinking in agony
