Do NOT bring your car here (corner North Aurora and Eola Rd location). New ownership and they will not honor their warranty which is stapled to the invoice. I had a Serpentine belt installed here 18 months ago/8000 miles ago, well within their 24 month 24,000 mile warranty. While driving the car the other day, the power steering went out and the dashboard warning lights lit up, but fortunately I was near a garage. Once we opened the hood, we could see the broken serpentine belt and he replaced it so that I could continue home. When I came into the same Tuffy store today (North Aurora Rd and Eola) I was looking for a warranty reimbursement. I had their original receipt, the actual broken serpentine belt, and a receipt from the garage that replaced the serpentine belt for only $93. Tuffy Manager ALAN told me I was out of luck because I failed to bring the car to Tuffy or have the car towed back to them. Beware this place.
