Unless you're a big customer, these people don't want your business. They treat small customers terribly. We have an RV at a campground in the area, just in town for work for a few months. We've been here before and used this company for refilling our propane then, so when we came back, they are who we called. Always nice on the phone and there to refill within a day or so. Never once said they don't usually deliver to rv parks, until this last time when the driver said he would have to charge a delivery charge if we were going to keep calling him. We asked if we needed to call someone else. We were told no, he would do it since he comes right by here everyday. We told them we didn't mind paying a delivery charge if that was needed. So when we get our bill for the refill, he had doubled the overall charge! Charged $45 for delivery of $45 worth of propane! All they had to say was "we don't deliver to RVs". It was certainly not necessary to gouge us like that. I called to pay the bill and told her we wouldn't be bothering them anymore, and she laughed at me. Totally uncalled for and completely unprofessional. Customers beware!
