Jhon/Juan Alarcon of Johnwen Auto Sales, LLC, is illegally selling their cars in Connecticut (they are not registered to sell cars in Ct.). Alarcon sold a Pontiac Grand Am GT to Stacey Wolff of Rhode Island. He gave her sale papers from Johnwen in Hackettstown, NJ. She drove the car to RL for inspection & it failed, the frame is rotten & so are the brake lines. She was told the car is NOT roadworthy and it failed inspection. Alacon refuses to give her money back & refuses to say what he did with her trade-in. I've contacted the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission, who are investigating Johnwen illegally selling cars in Connecticut.
