This is the SKETCHIEST place I've ever seen. My vehicles currently there and they have had it for almost 3 weeks. It was taken in to have the oil pan gaskets changed, and to figure out the noise in the rear end. Mind you, I just had this car at Firestone so I know EXACTLY what it needed for repairs! These jack offs tried to say it had multiple oil leaks...no it did NOT and they pulled the motor WITHOUT contacting me or anyone else so NO they did NOT have permission to do so. The ONLY authorized repairs were the oil pan gaskets which I provided, brake pads, and a hub! I have tried to get in contact with them numerous times and get no answer and no return calls! I will be going to their location WITH the police to get my vehicle! The vehicle WILL get a full inspection inside and out BEFORE it leaves that shop by the police! If there has been any damage done or any parts swapped out I WILL be filing a civil suit! I am NOT going to play phone tag or what have you! I have all of the proof I need for ownership, parts, warranties etc! Update:issue resolved
