Their customer service, quality of service and unprofessionalism is unmatched. I've never encountered a management company with this poor level of service. These other reviews are lies! I've lived in a couple of neighborhoods where they managed the HOA. I thought it was the board in the first neighborhood, but oh no it's CMA. The state of my current neighborhood is even worse and should be even easier to manage the 1/3 of homes that were in the first neighborhood. They are rude, incompetent, smarta&&es! I will never move anywhere they manage.
