He took my deposit money of 5k for basement work and has never showed up. Replied initially and day before job just disappeared and never been able to reach out to him since then. Stay away from this guy. Biggest Fraud and cheat.

The guys is a big fraud. Worst contractor you can even imagine. Showed up for a week and then no response and no communication. Even when he was here at work all he did was to you need to pay for this and that and no conversation about actual work. He makes it seem like he is doing a favor by doing work. Don't fall for the trap and don't hire this guy. In fact if you know someone who is planning on hiring or even they have given deposit, warn them to stay away from him. He won't finish the work and will disappear as soon as he gets fair share of money.

He is a big cheater. Never ever trust him. He did work for 3 or 4 days at my home for basement finishing. He did very cheap work, no quality in his work. I paid him $12,000. he did only around 5K of work and disappeared. Never pickup calls and will not reply to messages. I just read the other reviews and what are written all are correct. Police should track him and send him to jail, so that other people will not be cheated. Dont hire him, dont go through mental tensions and lots of time and money waste. His company name shows as torres maintenance inc.

This contractor worked at my home for 10 days and then disappeared since Feb 2023. Never shown up at my home. He keeps working at different houses in my city . When I meet him, he always says he will come. Not sure how to sue him.

I hired this company for my bathroom remodeling. In my opinion, the contractor/company of 2 people is very incompetent, to save money, he uses cheap material. this contractor says he has 20 years experience but he started his business only in 2019 with his 1 helper . For bathroom this contractor first put thin waterproof sheet on shower floor, way lower than standard. He did not even paint shower wall with waterproof paint. Even he installed shower step which was higher & looked ridiculous. This contractor does not even know how to level floor tiles. He installed vanity without filler. God knows if he even knows what filler is. He used cheap plastic pipes for plumbing instead of copper just to save money. Fortunately I had to let me go by taking a little loss which was worth than allowing this incompetent contractor go further finishing the job. DO NOT even call this contractor for an quote. In my opinion/experience this company/contractor is not worth.

CONTRACTOR FROM HELL!. Stay away from this contractor-2 people. this guy/company 1st tactic is low bid the job. Once and if this contractor/company gets the job then he comes for 2 weeks on time. Then he asks for money for food, labor, material etc. He complains about his low bid. If he does not get money, he will not show up next day. He is a CON guy. Does not matter even if you have a payment plan on the contract. If he gets another job while doing yours, he would make an excuse next day by texting "his van broke down by providing stalled picture of his van in an open garage. He is incompetent, uses cheap material. Besides he has no knowledge about anything, although he presents himself knowledgeable. He would text his bathroom/basement pictures which is also very deceiving. He will provide you with people references. DO NOT GO/BELIEVE in this. THIS CONTRACTOR WAS SUED, LOST HIS CASE. Not worth for this cheap contractor. Even his business address is just for postal purposes, not his actual business address.

Very bad craftsmanship and cheap materials. You can get better and cheaper.
