Hired Wilson's Handyman Service to do a job for us. He asked for half down $400 (thought that was a little odd even though we bought all the materials) This job was outside at our rental house so we kept assuming he was showing up and working as promised.....turns out he didn't show up again for over 2 weeks. I would text to see how thing were going... Either got an excuse, tell us when he would be there (and not show up) or tell me it will be finished on a certain day (which is hard to accomplish if you don't show up) Now well over a month and a half in we have a sixth of the project done, requested a majority refund and was told he had earned the entire amount!! BEWARE
